About 60 national observers to monitor new local elections

Chisinau, May 27 / MOLDPRES /- About 60 national observers will monitor new local elections on May 29.
According to the Central Electoral Commission, 46 observers were accredited by the Promo-LEX Association and 13 lower observers were accredited by the electoral contestants.
Accredited observers for this election will be able to report, online, violations committed in the polling station on election day. The notifications submitted through the observator.cec.md page will be received and examined by the representatives of the electoral bodies, being offered solutions in the most operative way.
On May 29, new local elections will take place in 10 localities in the country.
