Deputy premier meets Hungarian ambassador to Moldova

Chisinau, June 3 / MOLDPRES /- Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian received today Ambassador of Hungary to Moldova Sándor Szabó, the Office for Reintegration has reported.

The officials reviewed the evolution of Moldovan-Hungarian relations and the various forms of assistance provided to the Republic of Moldova, including during the pandemic and in helping refugees from Ukraine, citing openness to developing and intensifying bilateral cooperation in areas of common interest.

Issues related to the Transnistrian issue, the current situation in the eastern districts of the country, the regional security context and the current priorities promoted in order to maintain a peaceful and stable environment and provide the necessary support to the people on both banks of the Dniester were also addressed.
