Co-rapporteurs of PACE Monitoring Commission to pay fact-collecting visit to Chisinau

Chisinau, June 5 / MOLDPRES /- The co-rapporteurs of the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe will be in Chisinau on 6-9 June on a fact-collecting visit, the parliament's communication and public relations department has reported.

The agenda of the visit of the PACE co-rapporteurs includes meetings with Speaker Igor Grosu and representatives of all the parliamentary factions. Officials will also meet with the President of the country, members of the Government, representatives of the media and NGOs active in the field of respect for human rights and minorities.

The co-rapporteurs will collect facts about issues related to the functioning of democratic institutions in our country, the reforms in the fields of justice and the fight against corruption and the impact of the war in Ukraine.
