Moldovan State Fiscal Service verifies formation of prices for socially important products

Chisinau, 6 June /MOLDPRES/ - The State Fiscal Service (SFS) has undertaken more actions on the period January-May 2022, in order to verify the way of observance of the legislation in terms of formation of the selling prices for the socially important products on the domestic market.   

According to the institution, 303 fiscal controls were made through the way of operative verification, at the tax payers who carry out retail trade in commercial units; 19 controls through the way of factual verification, in order to make an inventorying of the stocks of goods deposited in storage rooms (deposits/commercial deposits), for which the way of price’s formation is regulated by the state; 12 controls through the way of partial/full verification.   

„Following these controls, decision-makers found out as follows: the infringement of the regulation on the formation of prices for socially important products through exceeded the trade markup in the case of 4 economic agents; deviations between the value of the stock registered according to book-keeping and the value of the really existing stocks in the case of 5 economic agents, with a surplus established worth 7,635, 774.66 lei in all (about 400,000 euros) and gaps worth 2,748,217.55 lei; exceeding of the trade markup at the sale of socially important products in the case of 3 economic agents, with illicit income worth 682,520 lei calculated; erroneous indication or non-indication in fiscal invoices of the size of the cumulative trade markup enforced for one fixed producer unit or of the purchasing price in the case of 4 economic agents; with the overall value of socially important products delivered according to the fiscal invoices erroneously filled in amounting to 76,624, 786.12 lei,’’ SFS said.          

Also, fiscal posts were established at 9 economic agents importers of socially important products, in order to set the way the legislation is observed in terms of observance of the formation of selling prices for socially important products on the domestic market.  

The failure by the provider economic agent to correctly indicate in the invoice/fiscal invoice of the delivery price for one unit, fixed by the economic agent producer/importer and of the size of the cumulative trade markup, is sanctioned with fine worth up to 10 per cent of the value of transaction with socially important products. In case of setting the illicit income, through the exaggeration of the production cost/sale price/trade markup, fine worth 100 per cent of the sum of the established income is calculated.
