Chisinau, 22 July /MOLDPRES/ - Graduation and master theses of the most deserving students of the Moldovan State University (USM) have been displayed at the parliament’s headquarters earlier this week. The theses by young graduates were presented by eight out of those 11 USM faculties.

The audience was able to watch syntheses, in video format, of studies in the fields of chemistry, physics and journalism, findings of diverse specialty researches in the sectors of psychology, education, sociology, as well as ingenious marketing ideas.

Students’ works were appreciated by MPs and civil servants of the parliament, who admired the professional qualities of young authors. ‘’We must put our young people in the forefront, put them at value, motivate them; we must ensure the connection between the academic environment and the state institutions. I suggested that they help us through their researches to improve our social policies. Along with them and their innovations, we can improve the quality of services for the citizens,’’ Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu said.

USM Rector Igor Sarov thanked the parliament for the nice initiative to organize such exhibitions, during which students can present the findings of their graduation and master theses. ‘’I am happy very much with students’ results and our greatest wealth represent the people – teachers and students - who have always brought the fame of our University,’’ Igor Sarov said.

USM has about 3,000 graduates this year and about 40 these were presented at the exhibition.
