Shor Party's faction walks out of session hall

Chisinau, 28 July /MOLDPRES/ - The Shor Party’s faction today walked out of the session hall, thus protesting against the placement of MP Marina Tauber under preventive arrest.

The faction members informed that they would go to the Chisinau Court of Appeal, ‘’in order to support their colleague during the session on the consideration of the appeal filed by the lawyers of Marina Tauber, demanding the cancellation of the measure of preventive arrest in the Penitentiary No 13.’’

The lawmaker of the Shor Party, Marina Tauber, is prosecuted for the forging of the report on the financial management of the formation for the first half of this year, in an attempt to hide the amount of financial means gained and the used ones. The MP is also charged with the fact that she would have accepted the financing of the Shor Party on behalf of an organized crime ring.
