Moldovan PM to participate in Moldova - Romania: Capital Bridges Forum in Bucharest

Chisinau, 12 September /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita will go to Bucharest, to participate in Moldova – Romania: Capital Bridges – the first high-level forum dedicated to the promotion of the capital markets on the two banks of Prut.    

According to the government’s communication and protocol department, Natalia Gavrilita will give a speech at the opening ceremony, after which she will take part in discussions will all those present at the event. The forum’s agenda comprises up-to-date subjects: the international context, implementation of policies friendly to the development of the investment and business climate, strengthening of the relations between the capital markets from the two countries, Romania’s roadmap in the process of accession to EU and the good practices for taking over in the context of Moldova’s status of country candidate to the European Union.    

During the visit due to be paid to the capital of Romania, the PM will have meetings with Prime Minister of Romania Nicolae Ciuca, as well as with representatives of companies members of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) from Romania.  

The event is organized by Moldova-Agroindbank (MAIB), in association with the Bucharest-based Stock Exchange, WOOD&Co, Raiffeisen Bank International, with the support of Moldova’s government, AmCham Romania, Romanian Business Leaders and EBA Moldova.
