Chisinau, 23 September /MOLDPRES/ - The government today transmitted, for free, two rooms for the placement of the headquarters of the unified centre for providing public services from the state’s property to the one of the Slobozia Mare village, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

The centre is to be created till mid-2023 and will be one of those over 80 such centres, of which 17 ones already work in Moldova. These represent points of joint access to a wide range of public services available in electronic format. The centre’s specialists have the task to inform the residents and help the citizens from villages to access the services they need in electronic format: cadastral services, civil registry documents, permissive acts, allocations, allowances, etc.

The new centre will facilitate the access of the Slobozia Mare residents to public services, taking into account that the village is at a distance of about 50 km from the Cahul district centre. Moreover, the people from the neighbor villages, Valeni, Branza, Mana, Pascani, etc., will have access to the centre’s services.

A joint commission made up of representatives of the State Chancellery and Slobozia Mare mayoralty will ensure the delivery of the assets in a period of 30 days, in line with the provisions of the legislation in force.
