Maria Biesu International Opera and Ballet Festival ended with gala concert

Chisinau, 26 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- The XXXth edition of the Maria Biesu International Opera and Ballet Festival, which took place in Chisinau on September 8-25 ended yesterday evening with a gala concert.
Director of the Maria Bieșu National Theater of Opera and Ballet Ion Grosu said that 22 guest performers and conductors were present at the festival during the seven performances.
This year's edition was organized by the Ministry of Culture, the National Theater of Opera and Ballet Maria Bieșu and other institutions.
The festival's budget was about two million lei (over 100 thousand euros).
