Autumn traditional universal exhibition and fair staged in north Moldova city

Chisinau, 7 October /MOLDPRES/ - The 28th issue of the Consum Expo autumn universal traditional exhibition and fair is held in the Balti city on 5-7 October.  

The fair is organized by the Balti branch of Moldova’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), in partnership with the municipality’s city hall.

The current edition of the exhibition and fair is backed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) within the project, Optim – Opportunities through Technologies and Innovation in Moldova, carried out by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation.  

The organizers set the goals to promote and support the native producers, extend the sales market, establish new business contacts, consolidate the public-private dialogue.    

Entrepreneurs from the Balti and Chisinau municipalities, the cities of Soroca, Drochia, Comrat, Ceadar-Lunga, the districts of Rascani, Sangerei, Falesti, Glodeni, Basarabeasca, Briceni, Donduseni, Nisporeni, Calarasi participate in the event.     

Annually, CCI’s Balti branch, in partnership with the settlement’s city hall, the first- and second-level authorities of the districts of Sangerei, Falesti, Rascani, Glodeni organize 19 specialized and universal exhibitions and fairs in the region.
