Chisinau, Oct. 10 /MOLDPRES/- The promulgation decree and the Law amending Law No3/2016 on the Prosecutor's Office were published in the Official Journal today.
Thus, the members of the General Prosecutor's Evaluation Commission must have experience in the prosecution system, to ensure a balanced, independent and complex evaluation. The evaluation criteria of the Prosecutor General will also be regulated.
The amendments also refer to some particular aspects related to the provision of the interim position of General Prosecutor and the appointment of deputies in the specialized prosecutor's offices.
