Moldova to host 2023 European Under-17 Championship

Chisinau, Oct. 18 /MOLDPRES/- The Republic of Moldova will host the 2022-2023 European Under-17 Championship on 19-25 October, the Moldovan Football Federation (FMF) announced.
The U17 junior teams of Germany, Slovakia, Latvia and Moldova will participate in the competition. "The matches in our country will take place at the stadiums in Orhei (district sports complex) and Chisinau (Zimbru 2), and the entry for spectators will be free", the FMF said.
The U17 national team gathered in the training camp at the Center in Vadul lui Vodă to prepare for the tournament.
