Extract from state register of law entities to be able to be demanded online in Moldova

Chisinau, 22 November /MOLDPRES/ - Entrepreneurs, legal entities, founders, notaries, lawyers and all those having status of law entities will be able to get the Extract from the State Register of legal entities and private entrepreneurs directly at home or at the office, without coming to the Public Services Agency (ASP).   

The extract will be delivered online or physically, at request, through the MDelivery governmental service of documents’ delivery. The applications will be filled in on the electronic page of ASP and the taxes necessary will be paid electronically through the MPay governmental service of electronic payments.   

The State Register of Law Entities (RSUD) is the integrated automated system of record of all structures, which have status of law entities (according to EUROSTAT recommendations) – public administration bodies, enterprises, public associations, parties and other social and political organizations, professional, confession associations and religious cults, associations of co-owners in condominium, special categories of people, who provide certain services (notaries, lawyers), who are called ‘’law entities.’’         

RSUD is meant for the collection, stocking, updating and analysis of data on the law entities with the presentation of this information to  public administration bodies of Moldova.
