Moldovan household consumers of joint fruit tree farmings included in list of people with right to receive compensations for energy

Chisinau, 23 November /MOLDPRES/ - The household consumers from the joint fruit tree farms and the ones for which the construction companies have the role of intermediary at disconnections have been included in the list of people with right to receive compensations for energy, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.    

A government decision to this effect was approved by the cabinet today. The document sees the changing of the regulation on the assigning of the categories of energy vulnerability and the way of establishing and payment of compensations for the payment of the invoices for energy.    

Additionally, the decision specifies the mechanism of amendment of the information indicated in the application submitted on the website www.compensatii.gov.md. On this purpose, applicants or the registrars will send a reasoned application to the Labour and Social Protection Ministry or on the platform www.compensatii.gov.md and after it is approved they will have at their disposal five days to make amendments to the information system.     

At the same time, according to the adjustings, the value of the child-support payment will be concluded from the family’s declared income and at the calculation of the monthly estimated income, in the case of the households on which annual data is included in the state information system, it will represent the twelfth part from the overall income for the previous year.       

Another amendment sees that the consumption places non-registered in the information system for November will be automatically fit into the medium energy vulnerability category and for the month December 2022 – March 2023, they will be fit into the low energy vulnerability category.
