Moldovan authorities announce possible disconnections from power supply because of bombardments in Ukraine

Chisinau, 5 December /MOLDPRES/ - The Moldelectrica enterprise today at noon informed about disturbances in the electric energy system, as well as about possible disconnections from power supply.  

For its part, the stock company Termoelectrica informs that, ‘’given the disturbances in the electric energy system, deviations in consumers’ supply with thermal energy can appear in certain areas. We undertake all measures, in order to provide consumers with every needed thermal comfort,’’ the institution said.       

The Ukrainian authorities today informed that the neighbour country had been again target of bombardments, with over 100 Russian missiles launched against Ukraine. Informed sources said the attack would be repeated, with a new wave of explosions expected. More administrative and territorial units of Ukraine, including the neighbouring Moldova Odessa region, remained without water and power supply.
