Recovery of state legal aid expenses to be achieved through new mechanism

Chisinau, Feb. 2 /MOLDPRES/- The recovery of state legal aid expenses will be carried out through a new mechanism. A draft law was adopted today with the vote of 62 MPs in the second reading.

Thus, the monetary benefit owed by the beneficiary of the state-guaranteed legal assistance becomes due after the expiration of the 30-day period from the date set in the notice of receipt of the recovery decision, the confirmation of the transmission of the decision or the communication of the decision through advertising. If the debt was not paid voluntarily, it will be executed in accordance with the procedure for the execution of monetary claims based on provisions of public law, approved by the government.
