Sale-purchase price of land for construction to be changed

Chisinau, Feb. 2 /MOLDPRES/- The sale-purchase price of land for construction will be adjusted according to location. The respective draft law was voted today by the Parliament in the second reading.

Thus, the coefficients that will be applied to set the normative price of land free for construction and intended for this purpose, other than those in Chisinau will be: 0.7 - for Bălţi, Bender, Tiraspol and 0.5 - for the localities which are part of them; 0.6 – for Cahul, Causeni, Comrat, Edineţ, Hânceşti, Orhei, Rîbniţa, Soroca, Ungheni, Anenii Noi, Criuleni, Ialoveni, Străşeni; 0.5 – for other cities; 0.1- for villages.

The project to amend the annex to the Law on normative price and the method of sale and purchase of land was adopted with 67 votes of MPs.
