Moldovagaz company to pay 1,011 dollars for 1,000 cubic metres of gas bought from Russia in March

Chisinau, 1 March /MOLDPRES/ - The price of the gas purchased by the Moldovagaz stock company from the Gazprom giant in March will be of 1,011.73 dollars for 1,000 cubic metres, against 1,054 dollars in February this year. Moldovagaz director Vadim Ceban made statements to this effect today.

„All quantity of gas bought from Gazprom in March will be directed to Tiraspoltransgaz,’’ Vadim Ceban noted.

In February, the price of the gas purchased from Gazprom was of 1,054 dollars for 1,000 cubic metres and in January – 1,230 dollars.

Under the contract signed in October 2021, the price of natural gas procured by Moldovagaz from Gazprom is calculated differently during winter and in summer.
