Farmers to benefit from state subsidies for improving soil quality

Chisinau, March 13. /MOLDPRES/- The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry (MAIA) has announced the launch of the call for applications for advance subsidy requests for investment projects on land improvement works, soil protection. Applications can be submitted by 21 April 2023.
Landholders can obtain support from the state for the following measures: preventing and combating soil erosion; chemical soil improvement; preserving and increasing soil fertility.
The application is to be submitted by the applicant to the section/territorial service of the Agency for Intervention and Payments for Agriculture, from the area where the applicant will make the investment.
