Deputy premier meets head of OSCE Mission to Moldova

Chisinau, March 13. /MOLDPRES/- Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian had a meeting today with Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova Kelly Keiderling, the Reintegration Policy Office has reported.

The meeting focused on the current dynamics in the negotiation process regarding the Transnistrian settlement and the Moldovan government's priorities in the country's reintegration policies.

The complexity of the current internal and regional security situation was also highlighted this time, and the need to maintain stability was reiterated, including in the perimeter of the Security Zone and in the eastern districts of the country.

The officials also approached other issues related to the Transnistrian case, the current issues on the negotiation agenda, especially how to solve them.

They agreed on the need to continue to maintain a dialogue aimed at creating an atmosphere of normality, predictability and confidence-building on both banks of the Dniester.
