Schemes of treatment of several diseases to be updated in Moldova as of 1 April

Chisinau, 20 March /MOLDPRES/ - The schemes of treatment with medicines which already exist in the list of the compensated ones of some diseases in day hospitals, procedure rooms and at home will be updated starting from 1 April 2023.

According to the National Health Insurances Company (CNAM), the council for compensated medicines ruled to approve the updated schemes of treatment, based on the national clinical councils and medical standards of treatment for the following priority diseases, often met in the practice of the family physician: diseases of the digestive apparatus, of the osteoarticular system, of muscles and adipose tissue, of the urinary apparatus, endocrine diseases, of nutrition and metabolism.

These schemes will be worked out separately for children and, respectively, for adults, with the adjusting of the doses and duration of the treatment.
