Moldovan Chamber of Commerce and Industry to organize over 50 fairs, exhibitions in Moldova, abroad in 2023

Chisinau, 25 March /MOLDPRES/ - The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) in 2023 will organize 45 fairs and exhibitions all over Moldova and five international exhibitions titled, Moldova Presents, in Romania.  

At a news conference, CCI president Sergiu Harea said that, this year, more exhibitions would be staged locally and regionally, in order to promote native products.  ‘’CCI approved the plan of exhibition actions for the 2023 year, which includes over 45 exhibitions and fairs in Moldova and abroad. The great majority of the events will be organized in the northern region of Moldova. This year, along with the business environment of the country, we ruled to launch the exhibitions titled, Made in Soroca, Made in Hancesti, Made in Balti, in order to back and promote native producers locally,’’ the CCI head noted.    

Sergiu Harea also said that the list of exhibition events, organized by CCI this year, had been established following discussions with entrepreneurs, who asked for the holding of more exhibitions, in order to be closer to their consumers. ‘’We started the year with an extraordinary event, the Made in Moldova exhibition. During discussions with entrepreneurs, they asked us to continue with exhibitions regionally, in order to be in direct touch with consumers. At the same time, more producers asked us to go more to Romania, in order to promote products and identify business partners,’’ Sergiu Harea added.    

CCI is the biggest business association from Moldova, which brings together more than 1,100 members, big, small and medium-sized enterprises from all branches of the national economy.
