Moldovan parliament speaker meets groups of MPs of Romania's Chamber of Deputies, Senate

Chisinau, 27 March /MOLDPRES/ - Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu has discussed with a group of MPs of the joint standing parliamentary commission of Romania’s Chamber of Deputies and Senate for exercising the parliamentary control over the work of the Romanian Intelligence Service, as well as of the Joint Commission for European Integration between the parliament of Moldova and the parliament of Romania. The two parliamentary delegations are on working visits to Chisinau on these days, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.
The officials discussed the good bilateral relations between Moldova and Romania, the advancement of Moldova’s European integration process and the support provided by Romania.
„The European integration is our country project and Romania is close to us in this process. Through these visits and exchange of experience, we realize that our bilateral relations have reached normality. The 2023 year is important in our European process and we have no time for mistakes. We must learn from the experience of other states and Romania is ready to help us in the good practices and approximation of the legislation,’’ Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu said.
