About 200 economic agents benefited from subsidies for employing unemployed people

Chisinau, March 29. /MOLDPRES/- Last year, about 200 economic agents benefited from subsidies for hiring the unemployed who need additional support on the labor market.

According to the National Employment Agency (ANOFM), 416 unemployed people were employed as a result of subsidizing jobs. The most people were from Ungheni - 44, Chisinau municipality - 42, Balti municipality - 31, Râșcani - 29, Străseni - 24 and Orhei - 22.

At the same time, during the past year, 31 requests for grants were submitted for the support measure for local initiative projects, 30 of which were accepted.

Employers can benefit from subsidies for involvement in measures such as: professional internship, subsidizing jobs, subsidies for creating or adapting jobs for people with disabilities and subsidies for supporting local initiative projects, for employers in rural areas.
