Electronic services in cadastre to be available throughout country

Chisinau, April 28 /MOLDPRES/- Private people and legal entities will be able to request online and obtain in electronic format various cadastral documents for real estate located throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova, according to the Public Services Agency (ASP).

Online applications are submitted through the Public Services portal www.servicii.gov.md. Services are provided for a fee and are paid through the government electronic payment portal MPay, using any payment instrument of your choice, such as: bank card, ApplePay/Google Pay, internet banking, cash payments and electronic coins.

"The beneficiary must have an electronic signature to obtain an electronic document from the cadastre field. Thus, we encourage citizens of the Republic of Moldova to obtain a digital signature. You can find more information about the procedure for requesting electronic services in the field of cadastre on the ASP website", the cited source indicates.

Electronic services in the cadastre are provided through the new electronic services development platform (PDSE), jointly set up with the Electronic Government Agency, which allows them to be accessed from all corners of the world. Previously, the services could only be accessed from the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
