Moldovan poetess paid homage at National Museum of Romanian Literature

Chisinau, 3 May /MOLDPRES/ - The National Museum of Romanian Literature, in partnership with the Moldovan Writers’ Union, today organized a poetry evening dedicated to the 70th birthday anniversary of poetess Calina Trifan. The event included readings from poems by Calina Trifan and her guests.
Calina Trifan was born in the Slobozia Mare village, southern Cahul district, on 30 April 1953. She edited more books of poems. Trifan was awarded the Mihai Eminescu medal in 2015, the prize of excellence of the Moldovan Writers’ Union in 2019 and other literary prizes.
