Moldovan policemen to make trainings with Black Hawk helicopter next night

Chisinau, 4 May /MOLDPRES/ - The Fulger Special Police Brigade, jointly with policemen from Poland, on next night and on 5 May will hold trainings to enhance the level of preparation, attention, reaction and intervention. The security exercise takes place during this week and is carried out all over the Moldova, in the context of the Summit of the European Political Community (EPC), due in Moldova on 1 June.
According to the General Police Inspectorate (IGP), during the training, policemen will develop the abilities of work with night vision apparatus. It represents a last-generation technology, through which fighters improve the night vision with the help of special binoculars attached to intervention headphones.
Also on 5 May, the Black Hawk helicopter will be involved in tactical trainings and will overfly the Moldovan capital and its surroundings. The goal of the actions is to improve the new tactics and procedures of actions of policemen in the security sector, taken over from Polish counterparts.
At the same time, for security reasons, more information, including the one which provides for trainings, as well as some restrictions, cannot be made public, but quite close to the moment when they will occur.
The EPC Summit will take place in the Bulboaca settlement, central Anenii Noi district, on 1 June. The event will bring together 50 heads of state and government from Europe and European Union’s officials.
