Moldovan president urges all citizens to come to European Moldova Assembly

Chisinau, 13 May /MOLDPRES/ - President Maia Sandu today came up with an urge to all citizens to participate in the European Moldova Assembly. The event will take place in the centre of the Moldovan capital on 21 May.

„The Moldovans assembled each time to decide the country’s fate. We assembled on the Great National Assembly Square (PMAN) to ask for freedom and sovereignty. As our nation has a firm faith in kindness and justice. Moldova rose whenever it was necessary. This is how we are. United in decisive moments,’’ the head of state said.

In her message, President Maia Sandu called to unity. ‘’All people are needed to put Moldova on the right way. The European way. The entire world will see this – the nation is master in its home. The Moldovans are Europeans. Come to the Great National Assembly Square on 21 May at 11:00, to say in a single voice that our country’s future is in the European Union,’’ Maia Sandu urged.
