Moldova Presents exhibition staged in Cluj city of Romania for the first time ever

Chisinau, 22 May /MOLDPRES/ - Over 20 native entrepreneurs have participated in the Moldova Presents exhibition, held in the Cluj-Napoca city of Romania for the first time ever. The exhibition was staged in the Simion Barnutiu Central Park at the Days of Cluj event, organized on 18-21 May.     

The president of Moldova’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), Sergiu Harea, has said that the products made in Moldova were qualitative, competitive and were worth being known in as many regions of Romania as possible. ‘’Starting from 2016, CCI has been traditionally organizing the participation of native companies in the Moldova  Presents Exhibition in Romania. We were in Iasi, Brasov, Baia-Mare, Ploiesti and this year we arrived in Cluj-Napoca for the first time ever. This represents happiness and also pride for us, as organizers, as well as for the native entrepreneurs, as we are expected ardently in Romania each time. I thank the partners for support, and certainly, the participants who represent our country with pride,’’ Sergiu Harea noted.         

The 2023 issue of the exhibition is organized by CCI, with the support of the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development, Moldova’s Embassy in Romania, Cluj-Napoca city hall, Cluj-Napoca local council and the Association of Handicraftsmen from Cluj-Napoca.   

In next June, the Moldova Presents exhibition will be held in Brasov, Romania. This year, CCI planned the organization of 50 fairs and exhibitions both in Moldova and abroad.
