Onisifor Ghibu Days start in Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 25 May /MOLDPRES/ - The Onisifor Ghibu public library organizes the Onisifor Ghibu Days in Chisinau on 25-27 May. Thus, during three days, writers, and readers will celebrate the life and work of the of the most important militants for the Great Union with Romania from 1918, reputed teacher Onisifor Ghibu, through a schedule full of social events and memorable moments.
The first day ended with a symposium titled, Europe-Moldova from the perspective of the Summit of the European Community, due on 1 June 2023. Representatives of the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry, pupils from two Chisinau-based lyceums took part in the event. Also here, a chief consultant at the Justice Ministry, Alexandra Panzari, gave a lecture titled, The European Convention of Human Rights.
A symposium titled, the Summit of the European Community: perspectives and present state, educational valences and values, will be held on 26 May.
The Onisifor Ghibu Days will end on 27 May.
