Moldovan PM has meeting with Azeri President on eve of EPC Summit

Chisinau, 31 May /MOLDPRES/ - The participants in the Summit of the European Political Community come to Moldova and on the eve of this event, Prime Minister Dorin Recean has had a meeting with Azeri President Ilham Aliyev, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

The officials established the next steps for the deepening of the bilateral strategic partnership.

„We agreed on extending the cooperation in the energy and economic sectors and on exchanging good practices in the agriculture field. At the same time, we established to organize the next meeting of the Moldovan-Azeri commission in Chisinau this year, in order to create new opportunities in the trade sector, infrastructure and investments,’’ PM Dorin Recean said.
