Moldovan MPs convene at four plenary meetings in last May

Chisinau, 5 June /MOLDPRES/ - Forty eight draft normative acts were approved in the first or second reading in the parliament’s plenum in last May. Forty one drafts entered legislative procedure on the same period.

According to the parliament’s communication and public relations department, 17 legislative initiatives were voted in the first reading. Also, the lawmakers adopted 31 normative acts, of which 19 were laws and 12 – decisions. Six drafts were voted in the first and second readings at the same plenary meeting.

Also during May 2023, the standing parliamentary commissions held 38 meetings. During them, MPs approved 39 reports, eight co-reports and 60 notifications.
