Chisinau, 1 December /MOLDPRES/ - A topic-related exhibition, dedicated to the support provided by Romania to Moldova in the last years, has been inaugurated in the hall of the government building. The event was organized on the occasion of Romania’s National Day and presents pictures with the most important projects carried out with the support of the Romanian government in Moldova, the government’s communication department has reported.

„I want to thank Romania; I want to thank Bucharest for the huge assistance it provides us. And yes, we have a common past, but I believe that we have also a common future in the European Union. I want to once again thank Romania for the fact that it helped us and intervened in the most difficult situations, including on the period of the last year, where there were acute crises, especially in the energy sector. Here are just some of the projects carried out with Romania’s support,’’ Prime Minister Dorin Recean said.

The exhibition displays photos from 15 most important projects implemented by Romania, such as: the Iasi-Ungheni gas pipeline, the repair of the Organ Hall and the Arts Museum, school buses, renovation of kindergartens, interventions of the SMURD (Mobile Emergency Service for Resuscitation and Extrication) and the support provided during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The photos will be posted at the central entrance of the government building and will be accessible to visitors in the next two weeks.
