Georgian Wings air company to operate Chisinau-Tbilisi flights

Chisinau, 8 December /MOLDPRES/ - The Georgian Wings air company will operate flights on the direct route Chisinau-Tbilisi. The first flights will be made on 20 February 2024. Infrastructure and Regional Development Minister Andrei Spinu made statements to this effect today.

„Dear friends, another good piece of news at the end of this week. Georgian Wings has just informed that it would operate the direct flight, Chisinau-Tbilisi, on each Tuesday and Saturday. He first flights will be made on 20 February 2024. The tickets can already be purchased. Nice travels to everybody!’’ Andrei Spinu said.

In early December, another air company announced that it would make flights from the Chisinau International Airport. It is about Eurowings, a low-cost company of the Lufthansa group, which will fly from Chisinau to Stuttgart and Cologne, Germany. At the same time, in last mid-November, the low-cost company WizzAir informed that it returned to Moldova and would make the flights Chisinau-Rome, Chisinau-Milan and Chisinau-London.
