Administrative board of Moldova's fund of guaranteeing deposits in banking system has two new members

Chisinau, 28 December /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament today appointed Ana Litocenco and Ion Josan as members of the administrative board of the fund of guaranteeing the deposits in the banking system for a five-year mandate.

Ana Litocenco has degree diploma; she is master and doctor in finances. Starting from 2013 so far, Litocenco has worked at the Finance Ministry, where she held more positions: chief consultant, head of department and head of directorate.     

Ion Josan has degree diploma in finances and banks and has also master diploma in accounting and audit. Since 2014 till present, he has worked at the National Bank of Moldova in various offices – economist, expert consultant and head of directorate.  

The administrative board of the fund of guaranteeing the deposits in the banking system has five members – two ones put forward by the National Bank of Moldova and one member – by the Finance Ministry, Banks’ Association of Moldova and the Economic Development Digitalization Ministry each. They are appointed to office under a parliament decision adopted with the votes of the majority of the lawmakers elected.
