Moldovan head of state discusses with Italian PM
Chisinau, 1 June /MOLDPRES/ - President Maia Sandu has exchanged opinions with Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Meloni, on her first visit to Moldova on the occasion of the summit, the presidential press service has reported.
„I appreciate much the close cooperation between our countries. Moldova is determined to align with the prosperous and democratic countries from the EU bloc and I am happy that we have such strong partners as Italy on our way towards the European Union,’’ the head of state said.
