
NATO Deputy Secretary General pays visit to Moldova
Chisinau, 13 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- NATO Deputy Secretary General Mircea Geoană will pay a visit to the Republic of Moldova on September 13-15. Government's spokesperson Daniel Vodă made the statement after today's cabinet meeting.
Mircea Geoană will have meetings in Chisinau with President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu, Speaker Igor Grosu and Prime Minister Dorin Recean.
"The latest developments on regional security will be discussed, as well as cooperation priorities on Moldova - NATO line, the possibilities to get expertise and assistance of the North Atlantic Alliance for the efforts to democratize and modernize our country, in particularly for the development of security, defense capabilities, combating disinformation and strengthening the resilience of our country in accordance with the requirements of the current security environment", Daniel Vodă said.
