All trade units from Chisinau-based park to be evacuated

Chisinau, 10 April /MOLDPRES/ – There will be suspended activity of all economic agents on area of resting and recreation space in park ​​Valea Trandafirilor (Roses' Valley), according to a provision signed by interim general mayor of Chisinau, Silvia Radu, on 10 April. 

According to document, there will be dismantled and disposed of all trade units, outlets (tones, trailers and refrigerators) and services provided in rest and recreation area.

The companies will have to evict their own trade units by 13 April. If they refuse to comply with instructions of Mayor's office of Chisinau, all units of trade will be evicted by 25 April. Simultaneously, all unauthorised wooden towers, set by an economic agent, will be dismantled in park Valea Trandafirilor.

Also, it was forbidden to release location schemes and notify commercial activity and services of any kind until elaboration of concept on location of outlets for recreation and rest areas in sector Botanica.

Similarly, the City Hall of Chisinau's subdivisions will start park development works. There will be restored lawns, planted trees and shrubs. In park, there have to be restored public lighting and repaired access roads, there will be repaired and technically tested devices in fun park for children on street Trandafirilor.

In mid – March, interim general mayor of Chisinau, Silvia Radu, called for evacuation of hundreds of trade units in Chisinau, not working, abandoned by economic agents or not having necessary documents to operate. The decision also includes several commercial units in parks of Moldovan capital. According to the City Hall of Chisinau, there are currently over 3,000 units in Chisinau, including the ones in markets.
