Chisinau, 18 May /MOLDPRES/ - More plays for children and adults will take place in Chisinau on 19-20 May.
A play, The Elefant’s Child, by Rudyard Kipling will be staged at the Licurici Republican Puppet Theatre on 19 May at 11:00 and a play, The Adventures of Cipollino, by Gianni Rodari, is to be performed at the Theatre on Roses Street at 12:00.
On the same day, a play, Casa Mare (The Big House) by Ion Druta will be staged at the Mihai Eminescu National Theatre at 18:00. And the play, Funny Money, by Ray Cooney will be performed at the Satiricus I.L. Caragiale National Theatre at 18:30.
A play, Cinderella, by Charles Perrault will take place at the A.P. Chekhov Russian State Dramatic Theatre on 20 May at 11:00; the play Aventurile lui Castanel (Adventures of Castanel) by Gheorghe Urschi will be performed at the Licurici Republican Puppet Theatre, an and a play, The Adventures of Cipollino, by Gianni Rodari, is to be performed at the Theatre on Roses Street and another play play, In cautarea fericirii (Looking for Happinness) by Mircea and Jana Grecu will be performed at the Luceafarul Republican Theatre at 12:00.
The show Nabucco by Giuseppe Verdi will be staged at the Maria Biesu Ntional Opera Theatre at 17:00. The play, Pomul Vietii (The Tree of Life) by Dumitru Matcovschi will be performed at the Mihai Eminescu National Theatre at 18:00. The play Mysterios Mansion by Don Nigro will be staged at the A.P. Chekhov State Russian Dramatic Theatre at the same hour. The play, Testamentul (The Will) by Gheorghe Urschi will be performed at the Luceafarul Republican Theatre at 18:00.
The theatrical week will end with a play Hamlet Mouse Race by William Shakespeare, staged at the National Theatre I.L. Caragiale.
