Moldovan deputy PM for reintegration meets ambassador of Romania

Chisinau, 02 August /MOLDPRES/ – Deputy Prime Minister, Vasilii Sova, has had a meeting with Romanian Ambassador to Moldova, Daniel Ionita, on Friday, 02 August, the office for reintegration policy’s information and media communication service has reported.
The topics discussed have included the recent developments in the process of negotiations for the Transnistrian settlement, existing issues on agenda, vision of Chisinau on their prospects for solving them, and priorities of upcoming period.
The deputy PM has mentioned that respecting human rights in the Transnistrian region, free movement of people, ensuring good working conditions for schools with teaching in Latin script, creating premises to improve the interaction between the exponents of the associative environment on both banks of the Dniester and promotion of the initiative of trust remain primordial actions and there are to be taken prompt measures as to implement fully these priorities.
Also, it was pointed out the need to activate the diplomatic efforts in order to inform properly the international partners and authorities in the capitals of the EU member states about the real condition of affairs and progress registered in the above – mentioned issues.
