Candidate for premier position to hold consultations with parliamentary factions

Chisinau, 14 November /MOLDPRES/- Nominee for prime minister Ion Chicu will have consultations with the parliamentary factions in the morning. MPs took a one-hour break to discuss the program proposed by Chicu, as well as the list of ministers.
Also the legal commission on rules and immunities will convene to discuss the candidate's program for the prime minister's chair.
Ion Chicu was appointed yesterday by President Igor Dodon for the post of prime minister, after the PSRM faction announced it is opting for a technocratic government. So far, Chicu has not announced the names of future ministers.
Ion Chicu is 47 years old, born in Pîrjolteni village, Calarasi district. Currently he serves as adviser to the President of the Republic of Moldova. By June this year he held the portfolio of Minister of Finance.
