Official Journal of Moldova to be digitized

Chisinau, 6 May /MOLDPRES/- The Official Journal of Moldova will be published both in electronic and printed format, with the same legal force. A draft law to this effect has been considered and approved today by the legal committee on rules and immunities.

According to the draft, which will be submitted for consideration to parliament, the electronic edition of the Official Journal, part I-III, will be available to all users free of charge on the official website, in reading and printing version. At the same time, parts IV- V of the electronic edition will be offered to users on paid subscription.

The printed edition will be available to users under subscription or sale.

According to the official financial information, revenues from sales of subscriptions for the printed editions of the Official Journal amount to about 7.5 million lei annually, and publishing expenses are about 9 million lei. At the same time, revenues from sales of subscriptions for the electronic format are about 850 thousand lei annually, and publishing costs - 712 thousand lei.

The Official Journal is the official state publication published by MOLDPRES Agency.
