Moldovan PM conveys congratulatory message to Border Police

Chisinau, 10 June /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Ion Chicu conveyed a congratulatory message to the Border Police, the government's communication and protocol department has reported.

The message reads:

"Dear border guards,

Today we celebrate your Professional Day. Thank you for the way you make mission to protect the country's borders, for devotion and dignity.

The year 2020 brought us great challenges and put society and the country to the test. You, along with the medical workers, have been and are in the front line, managing the epidemiological situation. It is hard to overestimate the result of your involvement in preventing the spread of infection in the country and keeping the epidemiological situation under control.

Dear border guards,

You are the ones who show daily patriotism, manhood, courage and responsibility - ensuring order and peace at the country's borders.

I wish you peace in families, health, welfare and we are sure that you will continue to honor the noble duty to the country and citizens!
