Chisinau, 3 March /MOLDPRES/ - The acting cabinet today approved the schedule of the state controls over the work of the industrial parks’ residents for 2021.
The draft was worked out by the Economics and Infrastructure Ministry (MEI). The reason for the elaboration of this draft was a provision of the law on industrial parks, which stipulates that, to optimize the state controls over the work of the industrial parks’ residents, at a proposal by the control bodies, the annual schedule of state controls, planned under cabinet decision, are annually approved.
According to MEI’s informative note, following the assessment of the risks of those 83 economic agents residents of industrial parks, more control bodies (State Fiscal Service, Customs Service, National Energy Regulatory Agency, etc.) demanded the subjecting of control during 2020 over 18 economic agents from three Industrial Parks (IP Tracom, IP Raut, IP Edinet and IP Cimislia).
„According to the aforementioned, the draft provides for the approval of the schedules of state controls over the work of the industrial parks’ residents for 2021. It comprises the list of the residents and the control bodies with the specification of the period when the control was exercised, which was additionally adjusted with the plans approved by the leaders of the control bodies and published on the public portal www.controale.gov.md,’’ the cabinet decision reads.
