Moldovan parliament speaker summons meeting with acting cabinet members

Chisinau, 28 April /MOLDPRES/ - Parliament Speaker Zinaida Greceanii today summoned a working meeting with the participation of the acting cabinet members, led by acting Prime Minister Aureliu Ciocoi, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.   

The participants in the meeting took note of the Constitutional Court’s decision on the parliament decision on the declaring of the emergency state all over Moldova for the period 1 April – 30 May 2021.  

The participants in the meeting found out that the measures on the support of the residents, following the concerned decision, became null and hence, the parliament and the government must identify new solutions to back the disadvantaged segments.  

Also, the participants in the meeting assessed the carrying out of the immunization campaign, including information on the stocks of available vaccines and the need to speed up the vaccination pace, in order to provide maximal security to the citizens.  

The speaker and the government members considered also the current economic situation.
