Tourist trolley bus to move on streets of Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 23 July /MOLDPRES/ - A tourist trolley bus will move of Moldova’s capital as of 1 August. The price of a travel will be 30 lei/1.4 euros.

The Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC) on 22 July approved the itinerary and the price of a travel by the tourist trolley bus. Its route will include the most important points of tourist attraction existing in the capital and the travel’s duration is of 1 hour and 20 minutes. During the travel, passengers are able to hear descriptions in the Romanian, Russian and English languages about architecture monuments from the city.

The head of the economy, trade and tourism general department of the Chisinau city hall, Roman Vitiuc, said the tourist trolley bus would move on Saturdays and Sundays. The official noted that, along with Ukraine’s Embassy in Moldova, audio guides translated in the Ukrainian language would be made available on the tourist route, on certain occasions.
