Anatolie Topală, Sergiu Prodan introduced to teams

Chisinau, 9 August /MOLDPRES/- Today, Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilița introduced Anatolie Topala, Minister of Education and Research, and Sergiu Prodan, Minister of Culture to ministerial team.

"We have to bring back to culture the prestige it deserves. It is an area with a great potential and we have a lot of work to do in this direction. Reforms are also needed in education. We have already launched discussions on several aspects, related to the financing formula, the network of schools, technical education, the training of professionals in accordance with the needs of the labor market ", said the Prime Minister.

Anatolie Topală said he is aware of responsibility and will make every effort to carry out the projects in a united and competent team. "My mission is to strengthen this team, to appreciate those who work honestly and aim to justify the expectations of citizens. Even today we start the work oriented towards the good of the people ", Topală said.

Sergiu Prodan, Minister of Culture, said "he thanks the Prime Minister and team for having an inspired vision to divide these two ministries". "I want to assure you that we will rebuild a functional Ministry of Culture, which will raise the prestige of the man of art," Prodan said.

Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilița and the new Cabinet of Ministers received the confidence vote from the parliament on 6 August.
