Moldovan PM introduced Finance Minister to team

Chisinau, 9 August /MOLDPRES/- Today, Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilița introduced Minister Dumitru Budianschi to the Ministry of Finance.

"We have the opportunity to work together in the next four years - Government, Parliament, President. We need to streamline public spending and focus money on high-impact projects. It is also necessary to improve budget execution and increase the rate of absorption of infrastructure funds, following the example of other countries. We also have great ambitions in the field of infrastructure. Therefore, I urge everyone to put their shoulder to the wheel and prove to the citizens that they can trust the state ", said Natalia Gavrilița.

Dumitru Budianschi said “the activity of the Ministry of Finance will focus on five directions of development: improving the efficiency of the Customs Service; improving and strengthening budgetary processes; increasing the efficiency of the use of public resources in all public institutions; effective cooperation and cooperation of all ministries and agencies ”.

"In order to implement the objectives and priorities of the Government, the Ministry of Finance is obliged to create all the conditions for ensuring the fiscal and financial information on all the implemented plans and projects. We need to ensure a financing package that ensures an accelerated development of the Republic of Moldova. The only solution and the key to success is the daily and well-organized work of each of us ", the official said.

The government led by Natalia Gavrilița received the confidence vote from the parliament on 6 August.
