Moldovan, Chinese officials approach bilateral cooperation

Chisinau, 12 August /MOLDPRES/- Deputy Prime Minister Nicu Popescu, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration met today Chinese Ambassador to Moldova Zhang Yinghong, the MAEIE press service has reported.
The officials exchanged views on the ways of turning to good account bilateral cooperation potential in all areas of common interest.
Popescu noted the importance of maintaining high-level contacts and the need to identify new economic opportunities.
The deputy premier thanked for the support in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, especially the valuable assistance provided to the national health system.
