Exhibition and fair staged in Balti city of Moldova

Chisinau, 24 September /MOLDPRES/ - A specialized exhibition and fair, Procasa, the 26th issue and the food salon, Gurman, the 17th issue, are staged in Balti on 22-24 September 2021.  

The Balti branch of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), in partnership with the Balti city hall, holds two events in the Balti central square to back native producers.

The CCI head, Sergiu Harea, said that the events were held in open air and were necessary for supporting Moldovan entrepreneurs.

„The pandemic closed many doors, we had to give up events; yet, we managed to buy 30 tents, which will be able to be used at exhibitions and fairs organized in open air. This event gives us hopes that we will be further able to organize exhibitions and entrepreneurs will be able to present their products in safety. At the same time, I wish success to the entrepreneurs present at the exhibition and fair from Balti,’’ Sergiu Harea noted.     

Thirty economic agents from the Balti and Chisinau municipalities, as well as the towns of Drochia, Soroca, Calarasi, Ungheni, Ceadar-Lunga, Comrat and the districts of Rascani, Glodeni, Falesti, Donduseni, Briceni, Nisporeni, Ialoveni, Basarabeasca take part in the exhibition and fair titled, Everything for Home.  

This year edition of the exhibition and fair from Balti is backed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) within the project,  Optim – Opportunities Through Technologies and Innovation in Moldova, carried out by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation.
